Salisan is an AI-native clinic management platform for healthcare practices in the Netherlands and Germany. Our mission is to give clinicians their time back: one workspace for the whole practice, where AI takes on the paperwork and the clinician stays in charge of care. Practices trust us with their patients' health data, so protecting it is part of the product.
Your data stays in the EU. All Customer Data is stored and processed in AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany), including backups. AI requests go through Requesty's EU router only to AI models processed in the European Economic Area, with zero data retention.
You stay in control. Salisan processes patient data only as your processor, on your instructions, under our data processing agreement. The server checks organisation and patient access on every request, and every access to patient data is written to a tamper-evident audit trail.
Encrypted in transit and at rest. TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, AES-256 at rest with AWS KMS, and encrypted backups kept for 35 days.
Clinicians decide. AI features draft notes, letters and answers. Your clinicians review the output and make every clinical decision.
A managed security programme. We run our information security management system to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and track GDPR requirements alongside it, with approved policies reviewed every year. We are not yet certified, and we will publish certificates here when they are issued.
